We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all eligible orders within Singapore.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) - Singapore Only

To build trust with our community, we proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • How it works: You can place your order online and pay the full amount in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.

  • Currency: All COD payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • Policy: Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

3. Transparent Pricing & Taxes (DDP Model)

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all Singaporean orders:

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: The price you see at checkout is the final price.

  • GST Included: Our prices already include the 9% Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • No Hidden Fees: You will NOT be required to pay any additional customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees to the courier or local authorities.

4. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. All credit card transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. iwhardware does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
